  4. Speak in human terms to those longings and offer unique product or service benefits.
  5. Evaluate. Keep on listening to both market and client.
  6. Use technology only if it adds value.

At LHR, creativity is an essential element in advertising, and imagination is often given the 'free child' treatment. Even then, creativity needs to be backed up by reliability and relativity.

Whilst the LHR creative team plucks ideas seemingly from out of nowhere (but always addressing the issues), our administrative team concentrates on making LHR a trustworthy, rational and dependable supplier of advertising.
