Six simple steps
Finding the right person for the job with eziJob is simplicity itself, with just six basic steps:
1. The client fills in a form on their web browser, specifying the wording of the job description and the reasons why the role is needed, then click a button to submit it to the various parties for approval.
2. When the reviewers approve the role description electronically, the client forwards the job description text to the agency, who creates a proof of the print advertisement and sends it the client for review.
3. When the client approves the ad, the system posts it to internet job boards and invites staff members to participate in the selection committee.
4. Candidates submit and update their resumes which are automatically added to the system so the client can review, compare and shortlist the best candidates. Meanwhile the candidates can get updates on the progress of their application
5. The selection committee reviews the resumes online and select a candidate. Those not selected automatically receive a notification by email, while the successful candidates are invited to interviews.
6. When the role is filled, eziJob issues a report to the payroll department, and archives the details of the process so they can be re-used the next time a similar role needs to be filled.
