How does it work?

Four simple steps


1. The client fills in a form on their web browser, specifying the wording of the ad, publication, size, page location and the rest of the basic details. They then click a button to submit it to the agency.

2. The agency receives the request within seconds and forwards it to a designer, who creates a proof and sends an alert to the client when it’s available for viewing.

3. The client reviews the electronic proof on-screen and sends back any modifications. When they’re happy with the final design they click the Approve button to give the order to go to print.

4. The agency sends the final design to the publication.


The entire process is managed on-line, eliminating the need for unnecessary faxes, leaving telephone messages and sending emails. At any time an end-client or agency department can see the progress of a particular ad. Courtesy email messages are sent as confirmation throughout the process to keep individuals informed of progress or to remind individuals of a particular action they may need to take.

Throughout the process, eziAd shows the status of the ad using a simple colour coding system: items coloured red require action, those in orange are being progress by the other party, and anything green has been finalised and has gone to press.


eziAd also gives end-clients progressive costings and reports on how many ads they’ve placed, where and when they placed them, how much they cost and how effective they were: it’s a complete ad management package.
